Happy bday to my one year old! I cannot believe that my baby is one! She is my favorite little buddy and I can't even remember what it was like to not have her with me all of the time. She is the nicest, sweetest little thing. She gives the best, tight little hugs and is always smiling with her adorable little gap teeth. I am so lucky to be her mom. Kelsey isn't walking, but she is a speedy little crawler. She can say "baby", and "uh-oh", calls me "mimi" and Ross "dadadada" Her favorite toy is a stuffed kangaroo that she loves to tackle to the floor and squeeze with all her might. She already has a sweet tooth and begs for chocolate. She also loves yogurt and cheerios though. We love her so much!

Lately...

Yay for me for updating this. We've had a fun last few months. In early May, Mollie came and ran the Columbus 1/2 marathon with me. I wish I could say it was fun, but it really wasn't. My legs felt like noodles by the end. My goal was just to finish, and I did that, so yay. I have no desire to run one again though. At least I can cross it off my bucket list, and I got a medal out of it. My cousin Marli came to visit a couple of weeks after that, and we went to the National Airforce Museum in Dayton, and saw all sorts of cool airplanes from all different eras and wars. Another day we went to Amish country where we went on a tour in an Amish home and learned about their customs, then on a train ride through the woods. It was really interesting. We also went to a chocolate factory where we got to watch all the machines mass produce candy. Since chocolate is my favorite food, that was well worth our time. It was great to get to hang out with Marli too! At the end of May was mine and Ross' 4 yr. anniversary, so we decided to go to Cedar point for the day (it is a roller coaster park a couple hours away that has many rides that have been rated the best in the world at different times). I was so nervous on the drive up, but it ended up being a blast. The lines weren't bad at all, and we were able to do everything we wanted. Anyone who has the chance to visit needs to stop at Cedar Point. We went with our good friends the Prices, and thank goodness we did because the sissy boys got sick and me and Addie had to party for a while without them. :) Welp, that's about it! The Cap City 1/2 Marathon: Me and Mollie, and my favorite people there to greet me at the end The Air force museum and Amish country Cedar Point- look up the dragster on youtube. It was the funnest ride I've ever been on. It shoots you to over 100 mph in 4 seconds. I thought my skin was going to fall off my face. And as always, here are a few pics of my little pal Kelsey girl. She is army crawling everywhere and is quite the little speed demon. I can't get enough of her.

I love spring break!

The last two weeks have been so fun, because Ross finished his miserable surgery rotation and has been on spring break. We went to visit my parents in AZ, and got to enjoy 75-80 degree weather while Ohio got dumped on with snow. Ross got a lot of golfing in, and we got to see all of the new little nieces. We are the only ones not living in AZ from my side of the family now, so that was fun. While there, we went on a hike, took Kelsey swimming for the first time, went to a Suns game and saw my friend Carly who happened to be in town too. Playing at the park Bundled up in Ohio Headed to the pool in AZ First time swimming Family hike to the wind caves Eating big girl food Meeting the Gillespie cousins

4 months already?!

January has been fun at the Mangum house. Before I had to go back to work for the semester, my good friends Molly and Katie came to visit for a weekend. Molly was a really good friend in high school, and Katie was a really good friend in college, and they both ended up in WV for their husbands' schooling. Small world! It was great to see them. Ross has been on his surgery rotation, which I was really nervous for, because I've heard the hours are usually awful. It hasn't been too bad though. Yesterday little miss Kelsey turned 4 months old. She's such a smiley little thing.
